DEPOSIT POLICY
A 50% deposit is necessary to guarantee a reservation, received preferably by check.
The deposit must be received within 7 business days to hold your room.
If you are arriving in the next two weeks, a credit card can be taken, but will be processed for a 50% deposit.
The remainder of your balance will be paid upon arrival.

If you do not have a credit card or debit card, we will take a $100 refundable cash deposit upon arrival

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS DEPOSIT POLICY
50% deposit at time of booking with full payment before October 1st.
For a full refund you must cancel prior to October 1st.
After that you will receive a refund of what we are able to resell the room at.
There is a $50.00 handling fee.
Rates and policies subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
(excluding Christmas/New Year)
You must cancel 21 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund.

If you cancel 20 days or less prior to arrival, and we are able to resell the room, or we did not turn away business because of your reservation, you will also receive a full refund.

If we are unable to resell the room, and business was turned away due to your reservation, there will be no refund, and you are responsible for any unsold nights.

DISTANCE TO SLOPES

We are as close as you can get. You can walk to the chair lift in 4 minutes but being in the village, a shuttles comes every five minutes.

The Amtrak can bring you directly to Rutland and then by bus directly to our front door with the purchase of one single ticket. Direct from Penn Station in New York City.
