1. Pets are allowed with prior approval only. Pet
rooms are limited in number and are on the first floor only. The charge is
an increase in your room rate of $50.00 per pet per day. Tax and gratuity
are extra. Two pets maximum per pet room.
2. Pets must stay on the first floor and are not
allowed on other floors or common areas. Pets must enter and exit from the
back door only. No pets are to be "walked" on the first floor hallway. The
first floor hallway is meant to be used only as a means of entering or
exiting the building with your pet.
3. Pets can not be left unattended in rooms! When
out of their rooms pets must be on a leash at all times! Under no
circumstances are pets to be left unattended in rooms. The Housekeeping
Department must always have access to the rooms. We as always reserve the
right to enter each room.
4. You are responsible for assuring that your pet
does not disturb other hotel guests with barking, etc..
5. A signed credit card imprint must be on file at
the front desk for damage deposits.
6. You are expected to pick up after your pet. Waste
bags will be provided in the rooms and extras are available at the front
desk. Place any waste in the designated blue waste receptacle located at
the bottom of the exterior rear staircase. No animal waste is to be
disposed of in any other place i.e.: toilets, bathtubs, hotel trashcans,
or room trashcans.
7. We understand that accidents happen. Should there
be an accident kindly notify the front desk or housekeeping department
immediately.
8. Pets must be current on all vaccination. All pets
must be free of fleas and tics.
9. We do welcome you and your pet, and ask that you
observe the house rules and above rules so that all guests enjoy their
stay. If a problem arises that can not be resolved,
you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
