The first two in a room are considered adults. Low season rates include complimentary continental breakfast. BP rates include a full breakfast.

Our rooms all have color cable remote controlled TV's, clock radios, telephones with dataports, DSL Wireless, hairdryers, coffee makers and private baths. Most rooms have two double beds, some have two doubles with a trundle bed, some have king beds, some have a queen and a double bed and suites are available also. The rooms are some of the largest at Killington and are modern in style. Most rooms have balconies, or walk-outs. Handicapped and hearing impaired rooms are available.

 

Children:

Winter & Holiday: Children are ages 3-12, and are subject to charges according to our daily rate. 5 day midweek packages, the first two children are free with two paying adults.
Low season, summer and fall - Children are ages 3-18, and the first two children are free with two paying adults. Each additional person is 9.00 extra on the room rate.

Children under 3 years of age are free, no food included.

 

Pets are welcome, only with advanced notice. We only have a few pet rooms so call early, Please inquire about our very specific pet rules.  FEE: $50.00 per pet per day. Tax and gratuity are extra. No Suites available for pet rooms.

Deposits for Reservation Guarantee: Direct bookings by phone: A 50% deposit is required at time of booking; or in the case where we accept a one night stay, full payment is required. We accept all major credit cards.

 

Cancellations: (excluding Christmas/New Year; Presidents Holiday Week, and Martin Luther King Weekend)
You must cancel 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund.

If you cancel 20 days or less prior to arrival, and we are able to resell the room, or we did not turn away business because of your reservation, you will also receive a refund.

 

In the summer months, we require a 7 day notice of cancellation.

If we are unable to resell the room, and business was turned away due to your reservation, there will be no refund, and you are responsible for any unsold nights.

 

All refunds may be subject to a $20.00 handling fee.
 

 

Two room suites are available and they have connecting doors.

Please add the adjustment on to the normal room rate.

KING SUITE - 474 sq ft

These two room suites have a king bed in a separate bedroom, plus a living room with a pull out couch. The living room also has a small refrigerator, coffee maker and a trundle bed (single bed under a single bed). Plus: $59.00 a night

 

QUEEN SUITE - 553 sq ft

Our largest suite has two queen beds in a separate bedroom, plus a large living room. The spacious living room sports a small refrigerator, coffee maker and a trundle bed (single bed under a single bed). Plus: $79.00 a night

 

BUNK SUITE - 374 sq ft

This suite is designed for families with a king bed in a spacious room plus a small room with bunk beds and a second TV. Included is a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. Plus: $45.00 a night
