Customer Testimonials

Hi Pia!

Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time at Cascades and we really appreciated your time and service.

Barry and I arrived safely to Boston airport last night at about 10 p.m. As soon as we got to Rutland airport to rent the car from Hertz, the lady at Cape Air told us that she was glad to see us to tell us that the plane had been cancelled for the morning (our flight). I am so glad that I had decided to drive down. We had GPS in our car which help immensely! We started at about 7 p.m. It started snowing at 8:30 p.m., very lightly and then stopped.

At about 9:30 p.m. it really started coming down, so I only had to drive in it for half and hour.  It was hair raising, but I did it!  Barry had booked us in at The Hilton at the airport, which was very nice and attached to terminal A, which we flew out of.
So we arrived home to Bermuda safely.

 Thanks again,

 Amanda & Barry  J Feb 8-13th .(2008)

Hi!

We just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed staying at the lodge.    We couldn't recall if we stayed last year or the year before but several improvements were very noticeable.

The now warm pool area was a great bonus, in addition to the upgraded quality of bath towels, refinished front door and we thought, re-painted hallways.

At 08:36 PM 7/15/2007, we received this letter:

Just wanted to let you know we made it home fine on Saturday.
We wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay at your motel and
enjoyed the Killington area.

We want to thank all of you for going above and beyond to please us.

Pia always kept the lights on in the pool. We enjoyed our

We will highly recommend your motel to other people that want to visit
Killington, Vt.

If we decide to come back to the area, we will definitely stay at your

March 20, 2007 (a thank-you card)

Dear John, Tim, Pia, Rosalie, Amy and Giovanna,
Thank you so much for making our stay at the Cascades Lodge most pleasant! You made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the courteous service and delicious food at breakfast each day. Giovanna and Rosalie were so professional and attentive. Tim was always there to Greet us in the morning with a kind word and a smile.
Thanks to Amy who helped us make our reservation. She made everything go smoothly.
A special thanks to John, who was so kind in helping us when our car broke down, and worked to keep us in the same room for an extra night due to the snow storm. John, it was your sense of humor that kept us going.
Thank you Pia (please forgive us if the spelling is incorrect), thank you for such a lovely, comfortable place to stay. We will definitely recommend the Cascades to friends and look forward to coming back!

Sincerely,
Lynn and Huey Jones
